- ✓ Orders placed before 2pm on working days are usually dispatched the same day.
- ✓ You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched.
- ✓ All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail.
- ✓ International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail.
- ✓ Tracking information is provided for Special Delivery orders.
14-Day Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any item in its original, unworn condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by phone or email to notify us of your return.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Send the item to us by recorded or tracked delivery (we recommend Royal Mail Recorded Delivery).
- Include a note with your name, order number and reason for return.
- We will process your refund within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
