1. Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the UK Celtic Jewellery website. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms. UK Celtic Jewellery is a trading name of The Funky Jewellery Company Limited (Company No. 5279497), registered in England and Wales.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
3. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates and we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Delivery & Returns page for full details.
4. Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from receipt to return any item in its original unworn condition for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging. See our Delivery & Returns page for the full returns procedure.
5. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. All weights and measurements are approximate.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including images, text and design is the property of The Funky Jewellery Company Limited and may not be reproduced without our permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
